Who is Patronus

Patronus is owned and operated by law enforcement officers of the great state of Texas with more than 53 years of tactical, law enforcement and security experience. Patronus has also developed a network of assets and strategic partners that provide it with an extensive presence throughout Texas and beyond.

Patronus' Chief Officers

| Chief Executive Officer | Darryl Humphrey has 13 years of law enforcement, security, management and training experience, during which time he has received numerous awards and distinctions. Humphrey's training and operational experiences include leading a SWAT team, interrogation, intelligence gathering and investigations, planning and execution of covert operations, emergency management and response, active shooter response and strategic motorcade protection. Humphrey is a seasoned firearms and tactics instructor.

| Chief of Operations | Sherwood Holmes has 27 years of law enforcement, military, security, management, and training experience, during which time he has received numerous awards and distinctions. Holmes' training and operational experience include leadership development, emergency management response, SWAT, street crimes, gang unit, investigations, interrogations, active shooter response, crisis negotiations, and dignitary protection. Holmes is a firearms instructor in several weapons systems. Holmes is also trained in self defense tactics, ground fighting, and control force.
